Audra is an informational analysis tool. We surface patterns in your medical bills and explain the rules behind them. You stay in control of all decisions about your bills, your insurance, and your care.
These terms are a working draft. A full, lawyer-reviewed Terms of Service ships before Audra exits beta. By using Audra during beta you agree to the principles below.
Not legal, medical, or financial advice
Nothing on Audra — including audit reports, appeal letters, and phone scripts — constitutes legal, medical, or financial advice. Audra is not a law firm, medical provider, insurer, or financial advisor.
For advice specific to your situation, consult a licensed professional.
Your responsibilities
- Only upload bills you have the legal right to upload.
- Don't use Audra to submit fraudulent appeals or claims.
- Don't scrape, reverse-engineer, or abuse the service.
Our responsibilities
- Keep your data encrypted at rest and in transit.
- Never sell your data or share it with insurers, hospitals, or marketers.
- Give you a way to export and delete everything, on demand.
- Notify you within 60 days of any confirmed security incident affecting your data.
Refunds
If Audra does not surface at least one finding worth more than the audit fee, we refund the audit. Email [email protected] within 30 days of the audit.
Termination
You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Data, no questions asked. We may terminate or restrict accounts that violate these terms.
